Meet the Founder

Harissa Business Partners was founded by leadership and organisational transformation expert Janice Elsley, with a vision to create workplaces where people, culture and performance work together.

With more than two decades of experience across leadership, organisational development, change, human resources and transformation, Janice has partnered with organisations across private, public and global sectors to strengthen leadership, navigate complexity and unlock human potential.

Her work blends strategy, neuroscience, psychology, leadership and human behaviour to create practical solutions that deliver lasting impact.

Today, Harissa Business Partners continues this mission by helping organisations build stronger leaders, healthier cultures and future-ready workplaces.
